The CEO was great. He was very personable, and truly cared about his employees. Great employee benefits

Cons

The government customer was horrible, but the company continued to keep their contract no matter how toxic it was. Racism and sexism in the work environment. Nepotism was chosen over qualifications. While I worked there a new position was created just so an employee’s family member could work there. The HR department was useless and unprofessional.

I have been an employee for over 3 years and enjoy going to work everyday. I have never worked at a company that puts so much into their culture, team, and community. i3 truly stands behind leaving team members better than when they started.

Cons

Change comes with rapid growth and the company is adjusting and learning as they grow. Any company that doubles in size in a few years has new things to work through, and I see the company making an honest effort to adjust to the changes and do everything they can for the team.
