Benefits are okay, I guess. There aren't really any perks to working for the company. It's all very standard. The small size of the company means that practically everyone knows everyone (although this could be a con).

Cons

Disassociated management is more interested in personal gain than building a strong team with core values. Company frequently holds events with religious associations. Leadership is ignorant of workplace issues within company.
