      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. i3 Cares was good concept to give back to the community.

      Cons

      This was once a great company but the new leadership after the owners sold is all about themselves. It is run like a fraternity…if you are part of the club, you benefit regardless of performance. Too many high performers are forced out. C-suite is disconnected from the real workers.

      Decent pay but only what the current market awards.

      Cons

      Fake cultural pitch from day one. They lure you in with all kinds of punch lines but none of it is lived if you aren't in the "good old boy" club and padding the C-suites pockets. The even use things like ones religious Fath and Charity to suck you in and then spit you out once they have sucked the blood out of you.

      Pros

      Parts of i3 are great to work with.

      Cons

      Toxic environment in Contracts department. Leadership is so old school they haven't discovered fire yet. Remote work options are promised but unavailable when you want/need it. Sadly, they will lie to you in the interview process and not deliver what was promised. Leadership just wants to see your butt in a seat. They talk about culture, but when push comes to shove it isn't there.
