Pros

The vibe here is awesome, which makes it easy to fit in. People are generally available to help, and it doesn’t feel like you’re competing with each other. I’ve had the chance to learn a ton and work on different projects. Management is pretty flexible with your schedule. In all, I find it to be a good place to stay if you want to build experience and take on new challenges.

Cons

Not really. I find it a nice place to work.
