No learning. Experienced I was same 3 years later when I separated. No horizontal (technical) growth because the software is in practice since ages. No upgrade in technology stack. No vertical (position) growth because of old employees Poor office politics. Don't feel like professionalism in the way they (senior people working since 10 years with company) behave. They are rude, sarcastic and without basic technical skills. Poor management, once they go after an employee, don't give them a chance to come back. No value for your logical skills, because first they don't need to be applied in your work, second of somewhere you applied, it will not be appreciated. Not a good company for a fresher to join.
