Pros

- They were accommodating with my schedule, but this will vary between departments. - End of year company party and bonuses are nice.

Cons

- Supervisors in the warehouse have a clique going on. Anyone in this clique basically gets a free pass to do nothing all day while everyone else has to pick up the slack. - Supervisors seem clueless about the intricacies of your job and have no business "supervising" the department. If you have trouble or a question related to your job, you're better off googling or asking a coworker. - If you're new here, and male, expect to park about a mile away from the premises. I'm being absolutely serious. - Workload is sporadic. You're either drowning in too many systems and need to work overtime, or sitting around doing nothing until they send you home early without pay. Most hours I've clocked in a single week: almost 70 hours for one week during their busy season. - Incentive system in my department encourages selfishness and greed. People WILL take your work from you and leave you with junk. I've seen many people bring this up as a complaint and supervisors will not do anything about this. I always felt like I needed to keep my guard up on a daily basis and couldn't trust or rely on anyone else. Needless to say, very stressful. - All in all, they only seem to care about quantity, not quality. Quite ironic, given the name of my job/department. They will not care if you had to spend hours trying to fix, stress test and put out a good product. All they look at is how many computers you push out. Want proof? Check out the Yelp reviews.

Good coworkers, no room to grow

Pros

Working here was really fun - everyone here treats you like family. It was very close-knit and you’ll grow to really miss everyone that you work with. The job itself was fun too and provides you with work and valuable skills that will carry on throughout your career. Benefits were ok.

Cons

There was absolutely no growth. I would not take any jobs here unless this is your first official job after graduation college and UNLESS you are 100% okay with being paid $15-16 an hour for a good year or so, with minimal opportunities for raises. This was very much a “passion” job rather than a job you take to make money. If you’re looking to make money and make a living, don’t come here.
