Good place to get some experience for a career in testing. Pretty good culture, management is quick to recognize talent/potential. Lots of fun and varied projects keeps things interesting.

Cons

Way below industry standard pay. Once you get some experience there, it will inevitably make sense to leave for a company that will pay (substantially) better.

Small company trying to have a big corparate attutude. Always worring if you're going to be laid off.
