Pros

Great work environment, friendly people, and fair pay. Free barbeques, coffee, and video games Break room reminds me of "Grandma's Boy" the Adam Sandler movie. Paid Vacation Flexible Scheduling with the ability to work overtime Constantly changing work environment keeps you interested in new projects Ability to use my personal interest at work and be rewarded accordingly The most band width I have ever been apart of! Big, beautiful, 3 story building close to interstate and light rail stops.

Cons

The elevator is very slow! Others who feel they are entitled to specific roles within company even though they are obviously not giving 100 percent.

Pros

Casual dress code always. Free Ramen Noodles always. Cheap sodas and candy/chips in the vending machines. Fun and pleasant co-workers.

Cons

Uncomfortably hot office environment. Dark offices - they don't turn on lights (even when it's dark outside). Below average compensation.
