Good job, good environment, low pay

Pros

*Very laid back environment *Very flexible about time off, including time to hunt for another job *Low pressure *Casual dress code *Cheap vending machines *Fun company events

Cons

*Low pay (not much above minimum wage) *Work is seasonal, so chances of being laid off are high *Path to "permanent" status is not clear *Job titles are not well defined *Really hot in the summer (no A/C?)

Pros

Good compensation for the amount of work, better if one works the night or graveyard shift. Good managers, competent training for novices.

Cons

Only way to make a good amount of money is to volunteer for nights or graveyard. Only worked 5 days a week but the "weekends" were often during a regular work week.
