Pros
Ownership is vested in the entire company producing a solid product and does this primarily by investing in people. Ability to talk to ownership and have your ideas valued and accepted is phenomenal.
Cons
Small, growing company so expect to wear many hats.

1) Some have an option to work from home 2) Operational employees are great people
Cons
1) TERRIBLE PAY! Stay away unless you want to work for peanuts. Analyst position = $35,000 2) Job description will not represent your actual responsibilities 3) New responsibilities are added without compensation 4) Management is resistant to raises and rejects requests to discuss them 5) No performance reviews (I believe this is done on purpose to prevent an opportunity to ask for a raise) 6) Zero work/life balance 7) You are seen as a "paid asset" that can be utilized for whatever management wants you to do without regard to your skills or interest in the responsibility. 8) You will easily work 10 hours and upwards of 12-16 hr days with no overtime 9) One person for HR that simply sources new employees, and frequently, due to high turnover.
