Pros
(Most of) the coworkers were really nice. Many stayed just for that reason alone.
Cons
Toxic work environment, constantly firing staff & increasing workload with no financial compensation, making it impossible to provide quality work. Almost everyone worked after hours to try and stay afloat. Many were EXPECTED to work from their vacations. Owners and upper management were valued/compensated more than their core workers. Owners lined their pockets, lied to investors & to the public. Pay was WAY below average. Never tested software before launching it.
