Nothing. Every Pro ends up being a Con, like "unlimited PTO" It should say "unlimited PTO depending on who you are"

Cons

The Executive team gossips and speaks negatively about everyone that works there, including speaking derogatorily about people that have left. Favoritism and narcissism everywhere in the company, as well as an unhealthy egotistical culture.

Pros

iDevices has a great company culture and great people to work with. You will feel like you can go to anyone for advice, and its refreshing to work somewhere where everyone works so well together. The work is also fast paced and there are plenty of opportunities to learn new skills. It is nice to feel challenged and satisfied by the work you can do.

Cons

The retirement funds all looked to have very high expenses, sometimes last minute issues arrise requiring staying in late, though not very often.
