Pros

The opportunity to learn about many facets of entertainment, since iHeartMedia has their hand in so many things: TV, live music events, local events, radio, and social media.

Cons

- Many managers scream in your face, cuss at you, and they've made many of my coworkers cry. And if you speak to a higher up about it they don't do anything about it. - You're not given the resources you need to succeed because they don't way to pay for anything. I used my own equipment for stuff. - They wont always pay you for overtime but will expect you to work super late, especially after events. And when you bring it up to HR they'll pay you less than what they owe you just so they can sweep it under the rug. - Overall a terrible company that I'd never work for ever again
