Pros

None unless you just need proof of employment.

Cons

Low pay, no raises, favoritism, inappropriate leaders, zero perks, toxic culture where you get praised for being a terrible person and punished for doing the right thing. If you hear bad things, it’s because they’re true even though management would never share any actual updates with staff. Smoke and mirrors.

Pros

Comfortable in-office environment Pleasant people Given everything to work effectively and efficiently + free coffee and occasional food Remote workers are trusted and not over-monitored

Cons

Some coworkers have not got a raise in 10 years. No yearly reviews so personal growth and rapport is ambiguous (low communication) High turnover Yearly holiday bonus

Pros

There are several work events, catered lunches, an opportunities for socializing.

Cons

No one really cares about you. Seniority meant nothing and the work environment was incredibly unprofessional. There were essentially no opportunities for growth. Pay was low.
