Pros

Work from home and flexible.

Cons

No raises or bonuses they tell you you make too much for years but I could make more flipping burgers at McDonalds….

Pros

There are several work events, catered lunches, an opportunities for socializing.

Cons

No one really cares about you. Seniority meant nothing and the work environment was incredibly unprofessional. There were essentially no opportunities for growth. Pay was low.

Pros

At least they'll give you double-time if you have to work an approved holiday. You also get to keep your hands in the media business.

Cons

iHeart hasn't had salary increase since before the pandemic - at least in the news division. No match for 401K. Health Insurance costly. Overtime isn't permitted unless absolutely necessary. Had to take a 14-cent per hour pay cut when I went from part-time to full-time.
