Pros

Entry level position that will help you gain experience

Cons

Not your everyday office job. A lot of self motivation is needed.

Pros

- Real world experience - Great coworkers - Not confined to one station. There are opportunities to work on both the news and sports stations if you want. So if your a sports guy, but your primary role is on the news station, there will be chances to work on the sports station and vice versa. - Fantastic management. Both station directors are the nicest people I have ever met and still in contact with them today.

Cons

- PAY IS HORRIBLE! Only work here if you are in school or if you need a second job for extra income. - Forced to stay under 30 hours, unless otherwise approved by management - 0 creative control/input in the shows you produce. Talent tells you what they want and you are forced to follow it, regardless if you think it sounds good. It's the talent's way or the highway.

Pros

Maybe you will meet some future colleagues to pull somewhere else?

Cons

The C-suite is so disconnected across the board and tries to pretend like they care about you. THEY DO NOT. It's just a ploy for you to stay and increase their bonus while you do more work, for NO pay increase, and not even a single thank you (which costs nothing). Look at the most financial report here. So highly overleveraged, it is about to be delisted on the stock market. This should tell you all you need to know. Look at the recent reviews as well... A new guard has arrive and has made this place utterly miserable.
