Pros

Fun perks like concert tickets and getting to attend events, getting to meet and work with incredible talent. The people are wonderful and fun to work with. The job itself is fun, the office is a great space, and there are many people there who have been there are long time that are super willing to help you.

Cons

Corporate is so disconnected and there seem to be a lot of office politics. Health insurance is very pricey and doesn’t cover a lot. You don’t get to expense much and are expected to pay out of pocket to entertain clients. You don’t really feel cared about as an employee or valued because of that.

Not worth it

Pros

Work from home was the only positive.

Cons

Senior management doesn’t seem in touch with reality. Mid management either doesn’t care, or can’t do anything about it. Minimal training. Pay is dismal. Instead of raises, seems they just wait for people to quit and replace them.
