Pros

Sales & Programming get all the money and attention. If you are in another dept, use them like they'll use you. Best access to events, but at the moment no events so one of the best perks is gone. Company looks and seems cool, but really it's not.

Cons

Leadership is mostly white or old. We have some diversity only because of hip hop stations. No culture, only wants to drive revenue and ratings. If you are a client or agency you have all the power.

absolutely none this was the worst job ever

Cons

poverty status low pay (qualified for food stamps with full time employment), sexually harassed, favoritism, supervisor is a former crackhead
