Pros

Freedom to come and go from the office during business hours

Cons

Trying to convince advertisers that people still listen to radio when ratings continue to plummet, but also trying to convince them that people use the iheartradio app. Extremely unorganized, you'll spend your first 6 months just trying to find sales material through 5 different outlets only to find out its outdated. Management will request to attend appointments only to cancel last minute. Culture around the office jokes about how regularly people get fired. Minimum 9 hour workday mon-fri, also expected to attend every event on weekends, and if you're not hitting your budget you're expected to work past office hours. If you aren't bringing a book of business with you, you probably wont survive. The sales team rarely hits monthly/ quarterly goals, and you're reminded in weekly sales meetings. Management plays favorites and holds grudges. Events consistently underperform. Management pretends you're evaluated on a number of metrics, but really it's if you're making budget or not. Any advertiser in business longer than 10 years had probably delt with an iHeart rep at some point and had a bad experience.
