Pros

It’s a big name company. Looks good on a resume.

Cons

ZERO room for growth. They won’t give you a raise under any circumstance. Not even cost of living. Actually expect someone to live on what they pay us in New York.

Toxic Environment

Pros

Freedom to choose industry of new clients - loved working with mine!

Cons

Does not compensate fairly. No growth mindset. Sales operations are 20 years outdated and illogical for 2018. Management seems brainwashed from their 'glory days' of radio and will not open their mind to new and current strategies. I was the only Account Executive under 30 years of age and was let go after closing one of the largest accounts of the year. The commission was then handed off to a veteran AE. The culture and strategy is for 45+. All sales managers are 45-55 years old and their tactics are completely expired. I was warned by internal employees my first day on the job about the toxic environment. Whatever you hear, how horrible it may sound, it is actually true.
