Pros

It's a cluster of radio stations in Tampa, FL. Lots of promotions and events happening all the time in entertainment and sports. Chance to meet local and national celebrities and sports stars. Never a dull day.

Cons

High pressure to make management's daily, weekly, monthly, & quarterly sales goals. Count on making at least 30 sales calls per day to even have a slim chance for success.

Pros

Great Coworkers, flexible schedule, and great office atmosphere

Cons

Very little room for growth, company is in shambles financially, and very little to no raises are being given as a result. The company tends to lowball employees on salaries and pay in general.

Pros

Loved broadcasting my show from a great studio.

Cons

Never— not in 3 years- never got paid one dime for the broadcasting. They strung me along saying I needed to prove myself first to get a contract but never gave me one. I was told that if I loved my show, I would quit asking, because that was the fastest way to lose it. Constant stress and negative energy. I felt used and taken advantage of. Praised for bringing them millions of listeners, but they refused to pay me anything.
