Pros

Steady paycheck, lots of employee activities

Cons

Zero opportunity for advancement. Anytime you look into it, you are completely shut down. Zero managerial support, no proper tools or processes to help the team succeed. It really feels like we are set up to fail. I've seen endless people come and go in my department out of pure frustration at how terribly our department is run.

Pros

Paycheck. Although it's at LEAST 20 percent lower than it should be.

Cons

No raises. No bonuses. You'll be overworked and underappreciated. I've not talked to ONE broadcaster who has anything positive to say about this company. Sales? Maybe. But if your job has anything to do with the product on the air? Just ask around. This company has never once been generous to me. It's always "what's the least we can get away with."
