Pros

There is a ton of potential to make a lot of money as an AE at iHeartMedia. They are always evolving and there's a lot of room for creativity. There are great teams in place. Work/life balance is totally possible once you've been there for a few years.

Cons

iHeartMedia is struggling with it's debt, so everyday is a scramble to put money on the books. Due to the debt the vision seems to be quiet shortsighted. It's a constant struggle to find people with enough marketing budget to be able to spend what it takes to run successful campaigns.
