      My experience was not good. The management team brings you in quickly and then pushes you out.

      Pros

      Open environment and a lot of coworkers who have a lot of experience from different backgrounds. That is about the only pros that I can come up with.

      Cons

      No organization and too much confusion on who does what . No structure and rules to guide people on how the workflow process works.

      Unrealistic workload sets you up to be fired if they want to Really weak and inexperienced local management Local priorities in conflict with national priorities They plan quarter to quarter, no longview Morale is terrible, but management focus on window dressing Management likes to motivate with fear, that's works for some people

      Pros

      get to see DJs in the morning. some cool people in the building. get to make a schedule that works for you within the approved time frame.

      Cons

      My job requires me to handle the sound levels of commericals. No skills required at all. Copy paste information and that's it. But asked for a 4 year degree and 2 years experience in media. Completely over qualified for this position with no room to move up in the company. No creativity or media knowledge is related. Very, very low pay.
