Pros

There aren't any. Being in broadcasting isn't enough of a pro to continue working here in any long term capacity.

Cons

The responsibilities increase as the pay decreases. No upward mobility. No raises. No recognition. Either subject to micro-managing or no managing. It is very hard to work here.

Pros

Very nice facilities and equipment that the company does a good job maintaining. People are generally friendly, at least in that superficial, Office Space kind of way.

Cons

They are very cheap. They don't want to make anyone full-time because they don't want to pay anyone benefits if they don't have to. Even if you are full-time you aren't doing too well. Some staffers had gone over 5 years without a raise. Despicable.

Pros

#1 multi media company with world wide reach. Multiple stations with in house production. Fun, creative environment with caring co-workers. Talent is second to none.

Cons

High pressure, fast paced environment is sometimes a pro, sometimes a con, depends on the situation. Can be very motivating & inspiring, but can also lead to burn out.
