Pros

None. Aside from being able to put this on your resumes, none. Terrible managers, they conduct stress interviews to see how spineless you are. They hate when you stand up for yourself.

Cons

Racist and sexist. HR works in favor of corrupt managers. Budget was continually upped every time I got close. Managers threatened to take accounts THAT I BROUGHT IN!

Pros

Very fun place to work depending on your colleagues. Depending on your position, you're not always chained down to a desk. Lots of fun events!

Cons

Management could care less about their employees. Some would say it's an abusive environment..because it actually is. Much like an abusive relationship, they manipulate you into thinking you are fortunate enough to have a job with the company after they get done beating you down to the ground. You could do a million great things but mess up once and it's held over your head for years. The pay is incredibly low. Common words: WE ARE SLAVES. In my five plus years of being there, I received ONE employee review where I actually had to review myself. Don't you dare ask for a raise because you won't get it. They may even fire your just to replace you with someone who will take less pay. You're expected to do four peoples jobs for 1/4 of the salary (if that). They sell you plenty of dreams to keep you around but they will never fulfill it. Boys club. Ladies, watch out. Far too often have I seen guys who don't even like their job/qualified for a job get promoted over women who are more deserving. No room for growth because the company always has layoffs where they "discontinue a position." Benefits are terrible. An employee was injured once on the job and inquired about workmen's comp- rather than management calling and checking in on their well-being, they were called and yelled at for even inquiring.
