They do not care about their employees

Pros

The people I worked with on my team were great!

Cons

No raises, promotions, bonus', etc. They do not match 401K. Leadership is awful and does not care about you or the work you are doing. They overwork you for little pay. No room for growth. They are constantly doing abrupt, layoffs with no information. Very unprofessional.

Pros

- Plenty of work to be done - Growth opportunities within the organization

Cons

- Work is often duplicated - not the best at allocating resources. - Leadership needs more authority to push back or advocate for their teams. - Benefits/Pay could be more comparable to similar roles in the industry
