      Pros

      There are a lot of great people at Clear Channel, company is a leader in their industry, some nice perks (if you know the right people)

      Cons

      Horribly run, financial oversight is laughable. No regard for employees - all focus is on how to save a buck, whether it hurts the company as a whole or not. No loyalty to it's employees, extremely political. Company is not very financially stable for the long run.

      Pros

      If you are good at your job, then you can make a decent amount of money since it's a commission based job. Some of the senior reps are really great to work with and will mentor you if you show them you are willing to work hard. If you are making your numbers, then their isn't a thumb on you all the time and you have a lot of freedom.

      Cons

      In my office, the sales people do not have any sort of expense account, gas compensation, etc. There are no bonuses given for making your monthly and yearly budget. Also, they have changed the commission structures, which we all know is never done for us to make more money. For being sales driven, they aren't doing much to reward the ones making them millions of dollars each year. Favortism directs a lot of the behavior in the office. It seems like the "rules" only apply to certain people.
