Pros

401k if you contribute as well, it's vested, but better than nothing

Cons

Phantom shares, they called shares phantom as you have them, but you will never see them as they don't exist. 1 year later you won't see your money, it's just a joke.

Pros

Most of the people at company are talented and great to work with. Company provides snacks. Casual attire. I thought this was a really great company and lucky to work here, but I am not so sure anymore. I have worked here long enough and have seen way to much.

Cons

In reading the positive and negative reviews, I agree that all the negative reviews on this website, are 100% true. Your experience at this company will really depend on what group/department you are in. I have seen and heard of this company letting really good and talented people go in various departments over the years for unjustified reasons (i.e. no violation of company policy). The talent acquisition person whom responds to negative reviews, is clearly out to lunch with their responses. They know nothing of what transpires with the employees at the company and their responses are not factual, just a biased opinion. Please don't respond with your canned answer of going to HR with your concerns and issues, all this will get you is on the radar for a fast one-way ticket out the company door.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the transition to our new payroll and HR management systems previously caused some pay delays. However, we are confident at this point that these issues have been resolved from a system standpoint. If any other issues cause a pay error (team member does not enter hours etc.), the company quickly responds upon notification to correct the error. As for issues regarding anyone in a management position at any iHerb location, including Human Resources, we encourage team members to use the Open Door policy to raise these concerns to the appropriate person within the organization. All concerns are taken seriously and are quickly resolved
