Pros

Great opportunity in business growth, which in turn makes it necessary to apply the cutting edge technology of cloud computing, big data business intelligence and AI. As an established e-Commence company, iHerb has been expanding very rapidly in global market recently, which opens up a lot of oversea opportunities. It's amazing to see the company become more globalized.

Cons

Not fast enough to refactor key business components which is causing lots of pain when running them in parallel.

Pros

There are free drinks. There is an on site gym. There is an arcade room. But you won't build a career off these things.

Cons

Look at how the positive reviews just say general things and are posted in a row to push down the negative reviews. Don't blindly believe what the fake positive reviews are saying. Actually read some of the negative reviews and get a real idea of what it is really like to work at iHerb.

We are completely unaware of any "fake reviews" that have been written regarding iHerb, negative or positive. We have over 1000 team members, and for the majority of these individuals, our environment correlates seamlessly, as is evident by their reviews

Pros

Might get roughly market salary.

Cons

The company sells snake oil (sorry, homeopathy) to the desperate and ignorant. Rampant nepotism leads to incompetent upper- and middle-management. Don't worry, they will micromanage everything. Badly. They also threaten to fire the entire team from day one. Expect to work 20 hour days, 7 days a week. Be extremely guarded with your manager -- they are constantly documenting everything and taking things out-of-context so they can rake you over the coals on your evaluation. 360 evaluations mean any incompetent, petty, or jealous coworker can totally torpedo you. I saw three managers in four months (the last being the COO taking over daily stand-ups for an engineering group). And get used to teams of more managers than engineers. It's a sycophantic race to the bottom.
