The company is very flexible during COVID-19 era in terms of taking off when needed and / OR if qualified ; employee oriented workplace. Work hard and company would recognize you for sure.

Cons

Pros

The company is extremely diverse with a great mix of ethnicity, age, and gender. Even though it's been around for 25 years it still keeps a start up like innovative edge. The President Emun comes from a technical background and is extremely supportive of the adoption of new technologies. Iherb also continues to invest in people. I have never had a training request turned away and I know that we are investing heavily in training and internal growth. In addition the company decided to pay 100% of medical benefits which is huge for many families. Overall the company is strong financially and continues to pour resources into employee development and retention. Iherb also isn't afraid to let go of leaders that aren't a great fit. This may sound like a con but in my opinion it's a huge advantage. I've worked for so many companies where incorrect people were placed in leadership positions which making working in those departments absolutely miserable.

Cons

The company is growing very rapidly so some of the policies and procedures are outdated or nonexistent. Hence working here you'll experience changes on a monthly basis but it's also extremely exciting since each change is trending towards the right direction.
