      iHerb knows how to truly take care of their employees. The company provides a friendly & diverse atmosphere filled with caring colleagues, incredible benefits, and tremendous opportunities for growth. Overall, I am very happy with my decision to join this company and am excited to see what the future holds.

      Pros

      I enjoy working here because I believe in the products and the healthier way of living. I enjoy the people I work with at iHerb. When I first started everyone was very nice and friendly and welcomed me to the team. I am very close to home so the commute is quick. Hours are excellent and the job is challenging but keeps me on my toes. I appreciate the health benefits we have here. The snacks and coffee. It helps so much not to be hungry at work. I am proud to be associated with such a great company and would like to learn and grow as much as possible.

      Cons

      Sometimes I feel that communication through only email and chat can be misinterpreted or actually misunderstood. Different people interpret differently. I would say that communication could always be better.
