Employee respect is given at all levels. Employees are treated as a family, it is a very happy place to work.

Cons

Lots of walking in the facility since it is so large. This could also be a "Pro" is you want to stay in shape.

Every person would imagine how their dream job might be like, Would say, that iHerb is so much more than what we can dream of ... Great stuff, Room for development, gaining more knowledge and experience ... People is the most valuable asset which converts the words 'JOB' & 'OBLIGATION' to 'HOME' & 'FAMILY'.

Cons

Well, thinking more than half of an hour and not a single concern came to my mind ... not even slight one - I could only hate the fact that i like it soo much :)

Great learning and working environment with very knowledgeable staff! Everyone at the company is extremely friendly and helpful. The company also provides great benefits and perks like free snacks.
