Pros

Rapidly growing company with great people who are open to new ideas. Fair pay and good benefits. Love the semi-cubicles with built-in whiteboards. Just enough separation to focus on work, but can easily reach out to coworker for discussions. There are stand-up desks available ondemand and other ergonomic needs. Access to healthy snacks and free parking. Not sure if it's just me but everything seems chill here and don't have much to complain about.

Cons

The only down side is my team is still looking for a lead. A team without a leader is hard but as soon as we find one, I believe things will get better.

Cons

None so far. The company is growing very fast and I just hope they manage to keep or increase benefits and bonuses as it grows.
