Great management and staff. Open door policy and an employer that actually cares about its employees

Cons

Monthly bonus is calculated in payroll like regular wages which gets taxed heavily just like overtime hours. - Employee discount in form of Loyalty Credit isn't worth it. I shop elsewhere to be honest.

We sincerely encourage all team members to share their concerns, feedback and suggestions whenever possible, in the event the we can leverage those details to make improvements. Thank you for sharing your concerns regarding the bonus taxation. We will see if there is a workaround. We are at the mercy of State and Federal guidelines surrounding how we separate certain bonus's and OT amounts but it is definitely a conversation worth having.

They do work with you when it comes to asking time off and using your PTO.

Cons

Management does nothing to help you advice in this company. If you are doing poorly in one area they never sit down with you and find a way to help you improve. They just hammer you and tell you what a horrible job you are doing. They are not fair and favor other employees over you. There is no support and no positive recognition when you do a good job.
