-The management team is really quick to give feedback -Diverse culture -Full gym with locker room & showers, weight training & yoga are both offered twice a week -Awesome game room -Agile environment -New Technology

Cons

Having worked here for a few months I have yet to see any downside working at iHerb

Great Company and Growing with Lots of Opportunity

Growing company with lots of opportunity. Great products you can be proud that are offered to customers all around the world. eCommerce industry. Great office environment with gym, free snacks, and other perks.

Cons

Project level focus to move things to completion is great, however, strategically there is a lack of communication of short term and long term plans for the company.

We hope that you are enrolled in our 401 K plan, with 100% match on your first 4% of pay, plus potential of profit sharing. We realize that the restaurants in the area are limited and we recently brought in a catered "lunch box" program to address this.
