As you note, it's true that iHerb looks to pay competitively and fairly, not only with base salaries but from a total rewards and benefits standpoint.
Our HR partners work proactively with iHerb hiring managers to confirm that job descriptions are current and realistically reflect the expected work duties prior to sending to Talent Acquisition for job posting. While iHerb recently underwent a strategic re-structure effort in the first quarter, we would dispute that layoffs are a weekly or even a routine activity for iHerb. We don't hide from difficult feedback. Your review is a critical one and yet we know we will learn from your feedback, and so there's no bias to "take [bad reviews] down". Finally, iHerb's executive team averages five years' tenure with the Company; with an eye for growth and building the best future-forward team, we've welcomed experienced executives to the iHerb team to encourage and steward that growth.
