Pros

coworkers are the best, everyone is really friendly. Kitchen is usually pretty stocked.

Cons

all the previous cons are true, this company has cash flow issues, also upper management makes hasty decisions which negatively affect company. If you're fresh from college this is a good place to start but you don't want to be here more that 1-2 years.

While we thank you for sharing your feedback about your time working at iHerb, it is disappointing to hear that we were not given the opportunity to address your concerns while you were actively working with us. We will pass along the feedback; as a company, iHerb looks to continuously improve and capitalize on the lessons we learn. We wish you the best of luck in wherever life is taking you.

Going downhill fast

Pros

- Free wi-fi - Snacks - Elevator

Cons

I should’ve listened to the negative reviews before joining since they’re all accurate. Culture and morale are terrible and people are trying to flee like rats from a sinking ship. Leadership is purely autocratic and push their agenda down your throat with zero regard for timelines or quality of work. The “town hall” the engineering team had recently was a joke and all relevant questions were blatantly deflected. Wake up and smell the coffee, folks! This place is a dead end and look elsewhere for a promising career. If you’re a talented developer, stay away and find a better gig.

Your feedback, while direct and tough to receive, is information we can provide to the executive and management teams to identify where and how we can improve communication and how to best do work and partner with our team members. We respectfully disagree with the forecast that iHerb is going "downhill". Indeed, iHerb leadership outlined its two year strategic plan and shared it will all team members across the company, and is continuing to identify ways to simplify communications and maintain internal customer (team member) trust. Thank you for your current service and your contributions to iHerb.

Pros

Good learning opportunity. Great snacks.

Cons

Nepotism is big here. They recently let go a whole bunch of people without any reason and the remaining employees are in the dark for whatever the reason was. There have been all sorts of issues with salaries including salary increase. Don’t believe the fake “all is good” reviews.

While iHerb certainly promotes transparency and one’s ability to leverage constructive feedback, we would recommend you address these concerns with HR or the Management team. As a company in rapid growth, realignments to the workforce will take place to adjust to the industries momentum. Unfortunately, there is not a perfect solution and iHerb takes a great deal of care and consideration when any roles are eliminated in a restructuring.
