Pros

Co-workers are the only good thing here

Cons

They say the company is growing, but they fire tons of people every week. A lot of people are leaving too. My experience with my supervisors is just awful: no response to emails, no meetings for feedback, they don't even say "good morning" if passing by you. They simply look down to not face you! Leadership skills? ZERO! HR tries to stay on top of things, but also takes forever to get back to you regardless of the subject. Company is moving backwards regarding time off and flexibility.

Pros

There are no Pros to this job

Cons

-Long story short, I applied to iHerb for the department supervisor position, went on the interviews, and received an offer letter from their HR department and recruiting team. I accepted the offer and passed a background check and drug screen. I had then proceeded to quit my former job to start at iHerb only to discover that iHerb rescinded their offer to me 4 days before my start date. I can't go back to my old job as the 2 week resignation period is over and I am now left without income or insurance.

Pros

No pros. This place should be out of business. You will definitely be the smartest person in the company.

Cons

iHerb has a habit of tricking good people to join their organization. Please read all negative comments before making a decision about joining this company. As mentioned in other posts, iHerb will try to bury negative reviews with fake reviews. Note dates of negative reviews vs positive reviews. Don't make the same mistake many of us already made.
