Once a great place to work, but things have changed

Used to have a great culture and collaborative environment some talented and dedicated team members still remain

Cons

After our Lead left, direction and clarity have gone downhill Internal communication has become poor and confusing A sense of blame culture is creeping in-people are being unfairly for things beyond their control Morale is low, and it feels like management isnt listening to feedback career growth and recognition have slowed down significantly Many good employees from Data are planning to move on due to instability

Forcing AI on Everyone, or You're Out

Nothing to mention as they are driving all the employees to some point

Cons

The company has taken a harsh turn with its new AI-first approach. Employees are now being forced to take AI courses—regardless of their technical background—or face being let go. It doesn’t matter if your experience is in a completely different tech stack; you’re expected to drop everything and shift to AI without any discussion or support. This isn’t about upskilling—it's about control. There's no regard for your career path, interests, or long-term goals. It's a "do this or leave" environment now, and morale is at an all-time low., I find it hard to recommend the company to anyone looking for a place that truly values its workforce.
