Flexible work schedule. Nice people.

Cons

While working at iLink Systems I always felt like I was working on things that would be transferred to another team member the next day. There were very few projects I worked on that made it through to be built.

Good pay. Very good exposure to new technologies. good work env. good perks. No Lay offs.

Cons

need better management staff. everything is good until something goes wrong.
