Prepare to fend for yourself from day one

Attempting to improve new hire processes Smart, friendly coworkers

Cons

General lack of communication Management is too busy to let you know what is really going on, even when it is directly related to your job or position Cramped office space I frequently was told not to worry about a question I asked when later it turned out to be important Spent 6 weeks flipping through reference material while they were getting prepared to place me in my project. It was unsettling at the least to have coworkers and uppper management ask me about my project and have to tell them I'm still waiting to find out about it

Pros

This is one of those companies where you have the freedom to explore different things. More importantly, if you are someone who likes to work on new technologies (with a competitive salary) - Come Join! I joined fresh out of college and was put on training for 2 months. Which company in this economy offers such time?

Cons

I wish glassdoor had an option to provide a 4.5 rating. Personaly, I felt training could've been more effective/productive and in less time had there been someone to guide you. There is a risk of getting lost in trying to explore everything by yourself. But then, you can't ask for everything!
