Pros

The pros are definitely worth to recognize, but they are limited. -Very nice break room, they do have free snacks for employees to grab at any time of the day. -The position I had was somewhat flexible, however I was a part-time employee. Not full-time. -Office is very nice, makes it feel like an adequate work environment- -They had a couple team-building exercises while I was there

Cons

-You can definitely find a much better job where you can interact more with others, unless you like being a loner. -The job seems repetitive, nothing really changed for the couple of months I was there. Became boring and I decided I did not want to do it anymore. -If you are looking to work more than 10-15 hours a week? Then forget about it. Shifts are only 4-5 hours a day and for this job, it might be all you want anyway. -The higher-ups seem arrogant, like they know everything and run the world.. but no, no.. calm down. Luckily I cannot single people out on this website without it being taken down. -Barely met the CEO, but did not get much of a good vibe from him. Seemed like a cool person, I guess.. But then I searched his name on google and it wasn't good news. -I only speak for part-time and in my position, we seemed to be in the dark most of the time. Very alienated from what was going on. Felt in the dark and in the corner.

Pros

The free coffee and snacks are about the only pros the company has. Besides a nice cool office.

Cons

The management is horrible. They keep you in the dark and give false promises. They hire people to work and furlough them because they are not prepared. They have no care for their employees. They also terminate employees through email. The CEO is cool. Everyone else is basically just a lap dog working for a bone. This is not as good a compqny as they proclaim to be. They higher up people will be sucessful. The part time people are best to find another job that has more to offer. Horrible management.

Pros

This is a company that is committed to be #1. Whether it's the tools that are developed, customer support offered to our clients, and our client relations, the CEO is passionate about delivering the very best experience. I have read the reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience. The office IS nice. My co-workers are driven, and completely committed to delivering the best experience for our clients. Our products are "Next Level", which means they are continuously getting better and changing. Working in an environment that's creative and is pushing the boundaries, requires passion. If you are a driven, committed, TEAM player that wants to hone your craft to be a leader in the field, then come on! If not...

Cons

The only "Con" that comes to mind, and it's only for some people, is change. For me, I embrace change. It means we're growing and becoming better, pushing our own limits and creating new boundaries. There may be some that aren't comfortable with that.
