Staff unity that provides much positive support.

Cons

The CEO is literally the worst person -- without doubt -- the worst I've ever met. He is a genuine obscenity. His technology is outdated, but good people try to make up for it. Sometimes they succeed, but the CEO demeans everyone regardless of performance. It's hard to believe things are this bad. Personally, I can't imagine that this type of work culture is even legal in Wisconsin, let alone acceptable. Don't walk away from this place. RUN!
