Pros

iNET has a great atmosphere and a lot of great people! The work for designers has a lot of variety so you get to do a lot of different things every week. There's a lot of creative freedom with the work but it is still client-based so expect to make changes when necessary. A lot of reviews talk about big arguments, yelling, or just a tense work environment but I've never seen or experienced that my entire time here. Some other pros: - Pay increases are performance-based - Lots of independence with projects, there isn't a ton of oversight unless there needs to be (depends on the project) - Variety of work (websites, print, digital, etc.) - Opportunities to do some really fun projects - Friendly employees and management, departments are very close-knitted

Cons

You might see other reviews saying no direct deposit but that has since changed - there IS currently direct deposit. Some other cons: - No 401k - Might not be a good fit if you get overwhelmed easily or burnout quickly. Your workload can get pretty full at times and some projects have very tight deadlines. If you can manage that, then you'll do well!

Pros

Looking back at the past couple of years at iNET, I’m incredibly grateful for the experience. It has been invaluable in expanding my knowledge—not just in SEO, but across many areas of digital marketing. The people there are genuinely invested in your success, and the team is collaborative and willing to help. Management is supportive of both your professional growth and personal well-being. The people there want you to thrive and succeed. One of the things I’m most thankful for is the relationships I’ve built with coworkers and clients. The connections here are strong, and I’ve learned so much from the people around me. At iNET, you really get back what you put in. If you’re proactive, eager to learn, and committed to growth, you’ll do well. Overall, my time here has been both fulfilling and rewarding, and I would recommend this opportunity to others. As for the CEO, Steve, while some reviewers on here may have had differing opinions, I’ve always found him to be very kind and a genuinely good person when you engage with him directly. Seriously super grateful for this opportunity and chapter in my life!!

Cons

The only downside would be the benefits offered by the company

Pros

You can do next to nothing once you're hired and you will probably not get fired.

Cons

Just graduated from college and desperate? You can do better. Washing dishes and sweeping floors is a less soul-crushing job. Horrible management. No training. The company is a scam and rips of clients that don't know any better. The CEO really does think he's a genius but he's more of a paranoid mess. Just read the Google Maps reviews and his responses to the negative ones and it'll tell you everything you need to know. Here is an example of the childishness, a response to a 1 star review: Rong like Ron, AaRON. Folks, a coincidence we have two a’s then ‘RON’ reacting to iNET’s radio response to ‘Ron’s angst? We think not, Two-a-RON. Two a’s and two stars? Masonic symbolism AaRon? Two-a-RON appears to be a real dude, just not an iNET client. Reading Two-a-RON’s online review profile is foray into divorcee, muddy intellectual depths only the self-awareness, sans the latter, a non-jerk, less than 20% tipping, poet critic, fueled three-or-four days a week by cocktails and fast food provides. iNET shouts out props to Two-a-RON for the humility in taking responsibility for not walking out the door. Like iNET, Two-a-RON has good things to say about a number of Lake Country and Dousman businesses. Two-a-RON got a load of gravel reminding us M to the U to the D to the T to the E to the C to the H is the best foundation waterproofing, helical pier and asphalt repair company in Lake Country on par with or better than the best anywhere. Wanna know the truth about iNET? Contact our real client M U D T E C H. iNET branding, website at the top of native search engines and ranking full stop Creative Genius inspired radio ads have catapulted M to the U to the D to the T to the E to the C to the H from great people doing best in industry work at beat all competitor prices to massive non-stop-growth doing best in industry work at beat all competitor prices. Food, NOT fast-food, for thought, when you need foundation repairs M to the U to the D to the T to the E to the C to the H digs up just what needs repairs, NOT ALL FOUR WALLS. iNET would be remise if we didn’t point out; un-ironically, there are a pair of a’s in “NOT ALL FOUR WALLS”. Illuminati code perhaps Two-a-RON? Who in their right mind responds to a 1 star review like that?

Pros

- Awesome People/ Colleagues - No micromanaging - Upper management is great. Don’t mistake their bluntness for rudeness. Much better than some sweet talking manager who’ll sell you down the river. - hire people without experience if you demonstrate initiative - relaxed environment - WORK LIFE BALANCE- probs the best in the tech world by a mile

Cons

- Chairs + Furniture is very uncomfortable - Way more SEO focused writing. Minimal creative copywriting. - Minimal upward mobility position wise but raises are very frequent - benefits are non-existent

Pros

The pros unfortunately outweighed the cons when I started at iNET. -They will hire basically anyone -You get digital marketing experience -The benefits are horrible but you can negotiate higher pay because of that -Cool coworkers

Cons

iNET is a very manipulative environment. Management pits people against each other, will message you half-formed thoughts and expect you to complete tasks based on those thoughts, and will make fun of your coworkers. You will meet some really cool people if you decide to work at iNET, but management is haphazard and they're just intent on blaming their problems on everyone else. Management believes that everyone who has an issue with their management style is just a snowflake and call people losers because they quit because they can't handle the iNET environment. Their glassdoor reviews are horrible because the company culture is terrible. Management asked me not to leave a Glassdoor review, and then proceeded to tell me that "no policies at iNET have ever been changed because of a Glassdoor review." iNET does not want to change, iNET doesn't want to grow. They do horrible work with an inexperienced staff that rotates out every 3 years. If they worked on retention and company culture that wouldn’t be the story. Learn, build your resume, and then run.

Pros

It’s not a 24/7 place

Cons

Awful management. Awful workplace. Listening to coworkers get screamed at by a wannabe 5’0” boomer on his tiptoes is a daily occurrence. The CEO loves to put his family in management positions when they belong in a mental institution. It is a terrible place to work. Awful culture favoritism, remember watching any cliche movie on a toxic work environment? Well here it is. Top review states growth? Until they snip you away like a bad growing weed. Seriously, avoid at all costs.

Pros

Working at iNET is a positive and rewarding experience with new challenges each day. With a positive mindset and strong work ethic, there's significant potential for a long and successful career here. One of the most impressive aspects of iNET is its merit-based reward system. Your progress and compensation are based on your achievements and contributions, not just your tenure. Hard work, innovative ideas, and excelling in your role are all recognized and rewarded, allowing you to advance as fast as you allow yourself to. iNET encourages innovation and leadership at every level. Whether you've been with the company for six months or ten years, your ideas can significantly impact a department or even the entire business. I enjoy coming into work each day, largely due to the culture at iNET. Colleagues get along well and often socialize outside of work. A big part of why working at iNET is so enjoyable is the supportive upper management. The leadership team, including the CEO and ownership, is approachable and genuinely cares about your professional and personal growth. They will push you as hard as you allow them to – the more you put in, the more you get out. Building strong professional and personal relationships with top stakeholders is a unique and invaluable aspect of working at iNET. Some of the most valuable mentorship I’ve received, both professionally and personally, has come from our department heads. Taking the time to get to know the people you work with goes a long way. iNET offers incredible work opportunities. As an agency, employees of all experience levels get to work directly with the owners and CEOs of our clients, providing valuable exposure and professional growth. The freedom to take an idea from inception to completion allows employees to take ownership of their projects. This autonomy extends to prioritizing and managing your own workday. iNET is a great place to work and a great community to be a part of.

Cons

Like any organization, there have been occasional challenges and cultural mismatches among employees that have been hired. However, these are generally addressed promptly and do not overshadow the overall positive experience at iNET.

Pros

Some of the people are cool. Sometimes you get to work on cool projects, but those are rare and really only reserved for clients that are closely tied to management.

Cons

-The benefits: 5 days vacation for the first 3 years or so. Lowest quality health, dental, vision, etc. No 401K - Upper-level sales team/management would talk almost non-stop all day about what's happening outside of work - or just gossip about someone they didn't like in the *very* open office. -They clearly take advantage of people right out of college desperate for a job. Raises - given that you sell, sell, sell baby! - are enticing at first, but get more infrequent or disappear altogether the longer you're there, because why give a raise to someone who can do the job when you can hire an inexperienced person to eat hours at a cheaper rate? -Frequently feels like account managers have to lie to clients on projects or labor just to fill an arbitrary billable hour quota for the owner. - The workload asks were crazy, overtime was seen as an expectation rather than an option. Adequate time and/or attention was never given to accounts. -Being verbally berated in the open office, having your emails read and used against you, and other unprofessional tactics used by the owner create a toxic environment that completely ruined any hope for productivity.
