Pros

iNET is a great place to work! Pay starts off great, and after three plus years there I can tell you – it just gets better. I have a lot of respect for the things I learned as a creative genius, and I have taken those skills and continued to use them as I’ve gone on. The only reason I stopped working for iNET is that I moved out of town. Parted on great terms, and appreciate the experiences I had at this place! INET is a great business, run with a lot of attention to detail – which has to be a huge part of its success. They started with a tiny employee base and now they have a business that’s growing all the time, getting real results for mom and pop stores and fortune 500 companies alike. Employees are valued as members of a team – as an employee, you are called on to be personally excellent. As you learn the ropes, you have a lot of freedom to impress and move on up in the ranks. I also gotta say, some reviews are coming across to me as whiny and weird. There’s always going to be some back and forth in a conference room when you’re coming up with the best ideas to grow a business – if you don’t like people disagreeing with some of your ideas, throwing a tantrum about it in retrospect isn’t going to solve any of your problems. Take it or leave it, because that’s an adult way to reconcile your perceived issues – posting fake reviews online probably won’t get you anywhere.

Cons

Direct deposit would have saved some time, but all things considered I like my paychecks any way I can get them...

Pros

The pay. “Thousands and thousands of dollars below market rate” means people wouldn’t be here. Many employees come in entry level and progress to making over 50% more than when they started. The ones who don’t leave and blame iNET.

Cons

People who leave will repeatedly bash you on social media, thinking that they are sticking it to management when really they are hurting their coworkers. iNET grows the business by overselling services and then hiring more people and figuring out how to do the work. This means a lot of young disenchanted burnouts – wish they would just leave quietly and go collect their THOUSANDS.

Pros

Lack of middle management. You can run your own show and feel very connected to the accounts that you run. People have left for less money and quit on the first day citing the desire for “a more relaxed atmosphere”.

Cons

“We throw you right in the water without much training to see if you can swim”. There’s not so much training as “wax-on, wax-off” task mastering.  Once you’re trusted to not screw anything up you get to do very interesting work.
