Pros

I have been with iQ media for 3 years, and it has been nothing short of incredible. Working along side of and for folks who are innovative, smart and collaborative is encouraging and exciting. Our exponential growth over the last several years makes every day more exciting than the last and the possibilities for advancement are endless. If you are willing to work hard and like to play hard too, this is the place for you!

Churn and burn!

Pros

Great office, stocked kitchen with snacks, drinks etc. Younger up start feel. Good base salary. Decent but confusing time off policies. Owner is nice guy

Cons

Churn and Burn baby! In 2014 the company probably hired 20 reps and fired 16 of them. Yes they fired 80% of the people they hired in sales. At what point do you think they reps aren't tthe problem? Was promised 1000s of leads when hired, but those "leads" were just random companies and #s in salesforce. Bad numbers, companies that no longer exsist etc. In other words a phone book would be a better lead.

With that excitement comes high expectations of our sales reps; we expect the absolute best and would not be where we are without our top performers. We clearly communicate expectations and goals from the beginning of the hiring process. Great start-up disrupting an industry.

Pros

Flexibility. Work hard, play hard environment. Smart, hard-working colleagues. Tech cool vibe. Awesome product that is starting to gain huge recognition in the media intelligence industry. The company gatherings and free snacks are an awesome added bonus.

Cons

Takes time for management to see dead weight or when an employee isn't being productive/contributing to their team. Instead of addressing the issue, they just let it persist.
