Since the moment I started, I've loved working for iQ Media. Watching the company grow and knowing I'm a contributor to its success has been extremely validating and rewarding. In the relatively short time I've been here, we've grown exponentially and won a lot of big contracts, and my responsibilities (as well as my salary) have increased significantly. If you're passionate about your profession, this company may yield a very fruitful future for you.
Cons
The learning curve can be very steep. One must have a strong desire to succeed, as the technology is rapidly evolving to keep up with the demands of the industry. Mediocrity will get you nowhere here. True, iQ Media has seen a number of Sales folks come and go, but those who've proved themselves have persisted. The efforts invested are proportional to the rewards reaped.
Since starting with iQ media in 2013, I've had the opportunity of growing into three new roles. Earning my way from Sales into managing an amazing Lead Generation team and now participating in a Sales Engineer capacity. Direction from leadership is based on achieving objectives without the concern of "micromanagement", but rather provided with trust. The company has a true entrepreneurial spirit.
Cons
I wish I had more time to play the game systems in the office. My skills are waning. How can I compete?
