Pros

I have been with iQ media for 3 years, and it has been nothing short of incredible. Working along side of and for folks who are innovative, smart and collaborative is encouraging and exciting. Our exponential growth over the last several years makes every day more exciting than the last and the possibilities for advancement are endless. If you are willing to work hard and like to play hard too, this is the place for you!

Cons

Pros

-Solid base salary for an inside sales rep -Start up feel -"Work hard play hard" atmosphere -Good people; from out of college students up to the President and CEO -Office perks -Growth available throughout three offices -Named one of the top places to work in PA for 2014

Cons

- CRM system is relatively jumbled. Lots of duplicate accounts, and people end up unintentionally stepping on each others toes. -You need to think out of the box about the products and your leads. Not many inbound leads, so you need to do a lot of the framework with a perspective client yourself. Essentially, you need to "earn" a sale. -There is turnover, which is intimidating, but being a newer company, they are still trying to figure out the type of sales person they want. (probably a younger, tech/marketing/pr background salesperson) Its definitely not for any salesperson, including myself.

Pros

1). Friendly co-workers, mostly a young crowd 2). Nice location. 3). Base salary is above average for inside sales. 4).Plenty of food to eat in the office. 5). Good experience for anyone interested in inside sales. 6). Some training, but could be better. 7). Good products to sell. We were getting a lot of big name companies as new customers.

Cons

1). Major turnover of sales team. As mentioned in the other review, this is definitely a "churn and burn" company. They are going through sales people like a hot knife to butter. As the old saying goes "If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen." 2). The so called "leads" we received were not really leads, but just a bunch of company names, phone numbers, etc. Some were incorrect, or disconnected. A major waste of time when you are trying to "dial for dollars." 3). The company doesn't understand the basics of selling. Of course we know that we have to cold call, but little support from marketing would help. You would think that a marketing company would understand the basic concept of marketing by providing better leads to save us time and make more money. 4). Sink or swim attitude - you are thrown to the deep end of the pool very quickly.
