Strong company culture and exciting future

I've worked for iSoftStone for over a year now and am extremely please with the company. It's exciting to be a part of a global company with so many opportunities and hardworking, fun, smart people. I'd recommend working here to anyone and love the culture. Leadership is solid and the executive team recently launched the next 5 year business plan. I'm excited about the direction of the company. Even though it's a sizable company, still has a startup feel. You can propose a program/idea/solution, present it and own it. In one year, I've been promoted and given the opportunity to build a new program based on my passion, experience, and interest. Not many companies provide such great growth opportunities. Also, office is gorgeous and right on the water. A big plus, especially in the summer.
Cons
Corporate communication could be more frequent, consistent. Could improve introductions of new employees, it's hard when many consultants work outside of the office.
